i was thinking and like aang is so valid during this episode, he was so angry during the majority of the ep because he felt like all these earthbenders were exploiting the temple and its sacred land, but despite his personal feelings and pain he steps up and defends those people when the fire nation came knocking

i love aang, hes so  valid like i would die for him
