I swear I’ve never seen a fandom as chill about hate as Homestuck. Someone goes “HOMESTUCK SUCKS BLUH BLUH” and the Homestuck it’s directed at will just high-five them and go “DAMN STRAIGHT LOOK AT THIS BULLSHIT”
I’m actually pretty sure it was a homestuck who made this post
its funny to me because Homestuck is the most complex and deep and heart-wrenching story ive ever read but if you insult Homestuck i and every other person in this fandom will just agree without a second thought

So recently people have been talking about the guy running for senator who’s named Dave Strider. Upon further research on his FB page, a couple folks have left Homestuck related comments on his feed.
He wondered what it meant, and a new feed started:
John and Dave and Rose are all from VASTLY different parts of the US so honestly you can’t tell me they haven’t gotten into literal fist fights over what the correct thing to call a sugary carbonated beverage is
dave calls any soft drink coke (like a heathen) john calls it pop and rose calls it soda and they’re all trying to kill each other
Okay but like. They’re both dead now. Imagine this happening in the afterlife, Dave insisting on carrying Karkat, and he’s raging about it but Dave’s like “nope you already died bro, I can do this now”
